NIOS offers ODE for selected subjects for eligible Secondary learners.

ODE Eligibility

  • Bonafide NIOS learner with valid Enrolment Number & ID Card
  • Eligible after appearing in the first Public Examination
  • Must complete:
    • TMA submission
    • Required PCP & practical sessions
      (Subject & date availability as per NIOS guidelines)

Registration

  • Online only (for existing learners)
  • Apply at: nios.ac.in | sdmis.nios.ac.in
  • Same subject cannot be registered twice in a month

Examination Centres

  • NIOS HQ, Noida
  • Designated Kendriya Vidyalaya ODE Centres
  • Centre allotted subject to seat availability

Documents to Carry

  • Original NIOS Identity Card
  • Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar / DL / Voter ID / Passport / PAN)
  • Printout of ODE Registration Application

Online only via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking
